Where can I get updates or track on my order?
We will send you your tracking information via email, including the delivery company and your tracking number, once your order is shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I cancel or update my order?
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not possible to make any changes.
What do I do if my package is marked as delivered but I cannot locate it?
Please allow 48 hours for your package to arrive. If package still does not show up, please call the shipping provider. They often hold the package for pick up. If you still cannot locate the package - please email: templehouse.info@gmail.com
I made a mistake in my address! Help!
Please email us at templehouse.info@gmial.com with the correct address as soon as possible. If we can, we will update the address. Unfortunately, sometimes we cannot make the change in time and we cannot be held accountable for reshipping the item to a new address.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in US Dollars currency. If you're located in another country, your order will automatically be converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate during checkout.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the event of your item arriving damaged, we are available to provide assistance. Despite our best efforts to secure packaging, mishandling by mail services may result in damage. Kindly supply your order number and a photo of the damaged item for us to assist you.
How do I clean and protect my sunglasses?
Remember to always utilize the microfiber cloth provided with your sunglasses and store them in their case also provided when not in use to prevent scratches, dirt buildup, and other damage
- Rinse your glasses under lukewarm water to remove any surface dirt or debris.
- Apply a small drop of mild soap to each lens and gently swirl it around with your fingers to lather and dissolve any stubborn residue.
- Rinse the lenses thoroughly to ensure all soap residue is removed.
- Carefully dry your sunglasses using a soft microfiber cloth, gently wiping each lens to avoid scratching or smudging.
How do I know if the sunglasses are the right size?
We recommend using our size chart which is located on the product page. If you have a pair of sunglasses/glasses that fit you well and are comfortable, try finding a new frame with the same or similar measurements.
